Tracking your electricity usage is a great way to stay in tune with how your home is managing the use of appliances and HVAC units. The best part? You can do it right from your My Account Dashboard or our App!
The View Usage icon can be found on the home dashboard on your My Account page, main navigation bar, and main menu. This takes you to your usage dashboard where you can review and compare monthly, weekly, and daily usage. The Usage and Cost Summary, located under the Usage graph, provides projected usage and bill information. (Note: This tool is only available to smart meter customers.)
Smart meters—also called advanced meters—provide detailed information on your energy usage throughout the day and can be read remotely. Your TDU owns and maintains smart meters, which is sent then sent to us each billing cycle when we generate your electricity bill.
While you can easily track your electricity usage through your desktop or mobile device, you can also download our new 4Change Energy app from your App Store for on the go electricity usage tracking. The 4Change Energy app allows you to view your bill, payment history, and electricity usage, pay your bill, and access important contacts. We designed the 4Change Energy mobile app so you can manage your account from your smartphone or tablet.
